The Three Peaks Challenge is an attempt to climb the highest peak in Scotland - Ben Nevis (1,344 m or 4,409 ft), England - Scafell Pike (978 m or 3,209 ft) and Wales - Snowdon (1,085 m or 3,560) in 'one go'. It’s a journey of nearly 10,000 feet of ascent and over 22 miles of walking....and in less than 24 Hours!

I'm raising money for Help for Heroes who supports those with injuries and illnesses attributable to their service in the British Armed Forces. 

H4H aims to empower people to look beyond illness and injury, regain their purpose, reach their potential and have a positive impact on society.

Whilst I have never served in the Armed Forces myself, I spent several years working alongside our brave men and ladies in the British Army and have full admiration and respect for what they do to protect us and others in their duties, which in many cases result in asking for a great deal of physical and mental sacrifice

Please can you help me to help those that are prepared to put their lives second, get a second chance at life!
