My mum had a stroke in her mid-50s which was quite a shock at the time.  Her message to me was to change my lifestyle so I didn’t end up going the same way!  I haven’t done a good job of leading a less stressful life so I very much hope that supporting this cause doesn’t turn out to be for my own good but you never know…
