The 9th of December 2012 will see me running from Marathon to the Acropolis in Athens, Greece. It's a distance of about 40km, and it's to help raise funds for the amazing charity SpecialEffect, for which I am proud to be an Ambassador. I will be following the legendary route run by Pheidippides, the Greek messenger who in 490BC was sent from the battlefield of Marathon to Athens to announce that the Persians had been defeated. There are 5 of us running this epic route together.
