I'm doing Total Warrior this weekend and really need some help raising money for 1820 Foundation. Total Warrior is a 10km run involving obstacles, hills, mud, ice baths and so much more I hardly want to think about it. All in all its going to be a few hours of pain and suffering but with a good few laughs thrown in for good measure (I hope).

The 1820 Foundation was established to support the Armed Forces community in the UK. Our work benefits those ex-military personnel who are struggling with the transition to civilian life.
