Myself and several others at CMS Distribution are taking part in Yorkshire's 2018 Tough Mudder, aiming to raise £5000 between us for Parkinsons UK.

This will by my 4th Tough Mudder but it'll be nearly a year since the last one so I fully expect my colleagues to have to carry me around the course and throw me over the obstacles. Good luck everyone!
