During 2019 Bank Julius Baer is celebrating its 30th anniversary in Guernsey.
As a way to mark the occasion, the Julius Baer staff felt it would be great to participate in as many of Les Bourgs Hospice’ “30” themed fund raising events as possible, in an effort to raise much needed funds. Les Bourgs Hospice provides an invaluable, independent service to people suffering life limiting illnesses in Guernsey, and relies entirely on public support. Its services are provided free and the Hospice has no States’ support.
My chosen event is 30 consecutive days of cycling in May (minimum 1 hour per day) which means quite a few ascents up the dreaded Val des Terres!!
