This is the first time I have run 10k. The last time I ran any distance was when I was 22 - a VERY long time ago! Although I said that the event was on 4th Nov it was actually on 4th Oct but the set-up wouldn't let me put a date in the past! I successfully ran it in 59 mins and didn't even ache the next day. I have no real story to tell other than that and I am usually totally rubish at raising money so please sponsor me. Thanks a lot Ang x
