It's been few months since I started working for Sandblast. It's helped deepening my knowledge and understanding about the Saharawi culture and, moreover, I have met incredible people working towards the same goal, feeling that the work I do has a real contribution towards culture, freedom of expression and human rights!

I'm travelling to the Saharawi refugee camps for the first time next February. And I have decided to enjoy the full experience by joining the UK marathon runners in their efforts to support fundrise money for our music empowerment project Studio-Live. This project aims to provide the Saharawis with the necessary tools and training to fulfill their aspirations of creating a selfmanaged music industry in the camps. And that's way I ask for your support. Sandblast has been working hard in the past few months to get the project off the ground and we expect to make a significant progress in 2013.

Han pasado ya unos meses desde que entré a formar parte de Sandblast. Lo que me ha ayudado a profundizar en mi conocimiento acerca de la cultura saharaui y, aun más importante, he conocido gente que persigue el mismo objetivo, ocn lo que siento que el trabajo que hago tiene verdadero impacto en la cutura, libertad de expresión y los derecho humanos!

En febrero voy a viajar por primera vez a los campamentos de refugiados saharauis. Y he decidido disfrutar de la experiencia al completo uniendo mis esfuerzos a los de los corredores de Reino Unido y recaudar fondos para el proyecto Studio-Live. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo dar a los saharauis el material y la formación profesional necesaria para cubrir su aspiración de desarrollar una industria musical autogestionada por ellos mismos en los campos de refugiados. Y es por eso que os pido vuestro apoyo. Sandblast ha estado trabajando duro en estos meses y esperamos llevar a cabo avances significativos en 2013.
