Angel has walked the Witches Way challenge before from Slaidburn to Lancaster, remembering the Lancashire Witches who were brought to Lancaster for trial 400 years ago and raising money to help children accused of witchcraft today in Africa.

But this year we planned to have three friends doing the walk together, and we're intending to walk the full 51-mile route from Barrowford to Lancaster over 2 days, and to meet up with a larger group of walkers for the second day. Now, it looks like Twilight and Panda won't be able to make it, but I'm still planning to do the full route, possibly with a friend of a friend joining me.
