I am running the Bupa 10,000 in London on 31st of May for SSAFA, they support serving and ex forces .... No matter what rank, or for how long they serve. on a personal note they helped me and my family back in 1998 and I will be forever in the debt... I also know that with all that is going on for the forces now...a lot of families are going to need the support of SSAFA in the future and I cannot think of a better way to support our Troops ...
