In October, I'll be heading back to Tanzania - but this time, no sitting back in a safari jeep watching the world go by! My challenge (and believe me, it will be a challenge!) is 11 days trekking in the crater highlands in the north of the country. Those of you who have ever had to plan a walk around my dislike of 'ups' are probably already laughing at the very thought!
The aim of the trip is to raise money for Girlguiding UK's centenary challenge - set up in our centenary year to 'give a girl a dream'. Right now, the target figure of nearly £3,000 is looking pretty scary - so I'm counting on all of my friends to help!
