I think people will be wondering why I'm doing this - I'm still wondering myself! But when I thought about it I went back to watching my Dad die a really horrible death and I marvelled at the care given to him by the hospice nurses.  I wondered how they did their difficult job day in day out. After listening to the Marie Curie nurse talk at a charity function I decided I wanted to raise some money so people dying like my Dad could receive the care they needed and have choice about how and where they die with dignity.  Every penny raised will ensure that a terminally ill person somewhere in the UK will have access to brilliant pallative care offered by Marie Curie.  Dig deep please.
