Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Hi,
Last year I completed back to the trenches for Macmillan. I wanted to do something this year. I have been racking my brains, I wanted to do something significant, challenging and personally difficult for me. The one thing that truly fits that criteria is my weight.
My weight fluctuates, generally between big and mahoosive. It is currently out of control, losing weight is the hardest thing for me. I have even managed to give up smoking, still can't control my eating.
So I will commit to weight loss. For every £50 raised I will lose a stone in weight. I will continue until I reach my healthy BMI.
I will throw myself into this, I will humiliate myself by publishing my weight weekly, my measurements and pictures monthly on Facebook. I have my spies selected, at home and at work who have permission to update my Facebook page if I break the diet.
I have a fair whack to lose, around 7.5 stone, roughly, I'll know more when I start the diet, because of this, I have given myself 24 months to reach my healthy BMI (providing the donations amount to that total weight loss).
Now comes the forfeit, I am asking people to donate their hard earned cash for Macmillan with no guarantee that I will lose the weight, so I propose that there be a forfeit. I welcome ideas, when there are some solid ideas I will probably get people to vote on which forfeit I must complete if I haven't lost the weight in 24 months.
Thank you in advance, this really is a worthwhile cause, I am really prepared to give this a shot, I would love your support, in whichever form it takes.
