I am going to be taking part in numerous events over the next year or so, updating this page as I go along. Rather than fund raise for every event on its own, I thought I would set this page up to enable people, if they like what im doing and support the cause, to donate as and when they choose.

Alzheimers is very close to my heart, as most of you are aware i was raised by my granparents during my teens (no easy task i assure you) they were amaxzing people and physically very able. Sadly this desease took hold of my grandad first and then my nan a few years later, more needs to be done to support families affected by this disease; Especially the carers, which in most cases are elderly themselves struggling to cope on a daily basis. I have seen first hand how this awful disease can strip away peoples dignity and leave loved ones lost as to what to do. I'm sure I wont raise millions, but if there are millions of us doing it ;) ..... well you do the math.
