September 7^th marks the day, two years ago, that our beautiful Ella was taken from us.  Not an hour goes by where Ella is not in our thoughts, and she is of course, always in our hearts which ache for her constantly.

We didn’t want to let the day pass without some form of acknowledgement and perhaps through remembering Ella, we can have an opportunity to do some good.

We have set up this Just Giving page for anyone who might have been thinking about supporting the Syrian crisis in some way, but not yet done so, to have this opportunity to join us in making a donation in Ella’s memory if they wish.

We ask that Save the Children ensures all funds raised in Ella’s memory go to the current Syrian crisis appeal.

Ella would have been horrified by the plight of these families. I know she would have wanted to help.   We watch what is going on and the loss of lives, and whist we understand their sorrow, we simply cannot imagine the hell in which they are having to live through no fault of their own.

We hope that through Ella’s memory can help make at least a small difference.
