Well, I thought it was time for an update!

I've reached 4 stone loss after 6 months!! I'm so pleased to be over the half way mark and i'm sure its all down hill from here!! Yeah right!

I'm very proud of myself as you can imagine but im more proud to work for such a fantastic charity so please dig deep. If all of my FB friends (who havent already donated each gave £1 it would raise my total by more than hald so if you can please do!
