BHF London to Brighton Bike Ride 2011 · 19 June 2011 ·

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page for the London to Brighton bike ride on Sunday 19 June 2011.

Imperial Wheelers inaugural event was a resounding success with all team members completing the course in style (as you can see) in times ranging from 3.5 to 5 hours.  Three of us managed it non-stop including riding straight up Ditchling Beacon.  Special mention to Alan who only started cycling three weeks ago when he bought his first bike for years.  Ian completed the ride in a great time and the cause is especially close to him as he suffered a heart attack a decade ago.

The British Heart Foundation is especially close to my heart as my father died from heart disease 25 years ago.  Please donate generously for this great cause.
