hi all, well I am attempting the 3 Peaks Challenge again this year in September with 19 work colleagues.

This involves climbing up and down the tallest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) & Wales (Snowdon) in a combined period of 24 hours.

I would be really grateful if you could sponsor me, as most of you know, its a pretty tough challenge, and I almost made it last time!
