So I have completed the 2006 Copenhagen Marathon!!  It was tough and I am in total awe of those who can run a marathon from start to finish! 

The weather on the day was very changeable - sunshine, wind and showers.  The course was mostly flat but repetitive at times - going over the same ground in laps 1 and 3.  The Danes out on the streets that day were very supportive, cheering me and the other 6,000 entrants on.

I am now in possession of a lovely medal (see photo on left) which I will show all my offline sponsors before asking them to cough up the cash!
