CRUSE is a bereavement care charity which provides support and counselling for children (and adults).  The Aberdeen team helped our family through a difficult 2012 and I would love to raise much needed funds for the Aberdeen office so they can help other families.  I intend to run the Garioch (Inverurie) 10k on 24th March, Balmoral 10k on 27th April and the Baker Hughes 10k on 19th May.
