Alzheimer sufferers and their carers must find the illness tough to bear. Hopefully I can raise some money such that Alzheimers Support can aid those affected.

I would really appreciate as much or as little as you can spare for a good cause.

 

Any sponsor money will make the miles I'm running in the coming weeks feel worthwhile!  I'll be running the  Great Langdale half marathon...so there are hills involved
