I am climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro this summer to raise awareness and money for Dig Deep! Dig Deep is a charity run by student and graduate volunteers which improves and saves thousands of lives by providing clean water and renewable energy to communities in Eastern Africa. I care a great deal about developing countries and the people in them. Through my travels and volunteering experiences in Africa I have found some of the most beautiful places on earth and the most amazing people I have ever met! I learned so much from them about life, happiness and even about myself that I knew I wanted to spend my life around these amazing people helping where I can.

As a student living in London I am not able to donate large sums of money and finding the time to volunteer is difficult. This project is therefore an ideal way for me to do more and where I can be sure it is spent directly on a great project that will help a lot of people!

During the next 6 months I along with my Kili mates will arrange many different fundraising events and contact houndreds of people and companies to find those wonderful people who are willing to give a little extra for those who need it.

Two thirds of everything I raise below my target goes directly to Dig Deep and one third will help me get up the mountain! everything I raise above the target goes straight to Dig Deep completely uncut!
