<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my Happy Birthday to Ann page.</p>

<p>I know you know it's my birthday on the 12th October, sooooon . . . . And I know you were all planning to lavish exotic gifts upon me, no expense spared etc. as you always do???</p>
<p>However, please return the ipods, Vivienne Westwood handbags and solid gold bars (yes, I really mean it) to the ridiculously expensive outlet from which they were purchased!</p>
<p>Because, what this birthday girl would really like is a small donation to an amazing small children's charity that I am currently supporting as they do such fantastic work with African children. I need to help feed some starving little ones, as the charity purchases breakfast for all the children who turn up for school at the kindergarten in a remote village in Malawi. They can feed breakfast to the 90 little kiddies (in one class) for 30 days at a cost of £48. So together we can do this for 3 months I am sure. What else could I possibly want for my birthday. So if each of you donated just £1 . . . . then I would be so very happy and we will have fed these destitute and starving little ones for 3 months. I would like nothing else, truly. </p>
