Well I did it. It took 48 minutes and now I know what Lake Windermere tastes like - I don't think Evian have anything to worry about.

I lost my lovely Dad this week and I thought about not going ahead with the swim several times. But my Dad was not a quitter and neither am I and my family were so supportive.

Thankyou to everyone who has donated or sent a message, it means a lot.
