For some reason I decided it might be a good idea to try and run a half marathon...so I'm running the Ipswich half marathon on 29th August in aid of Tanzanear, a UK charity dedicated to helping deaf children in Tanzania lead more fulfilling lives.

Much of their work is centred around the Buguruni School for the Deaf in Dar es Salaam, who provide help, education and a home to deaf children from all over Tanzania. They are hoping to build an Audiological Centre to provide children with hearing aids which will cost up to £140,000 to build and maintain and is totally dependent on charitable fundraising.
