I've been an Ark Rider now since 2016...I plan to continue helping raise money & awareness for the much NEEDED centre. Its a charity very close to my heart and my fellow Ark Riders. This year I have signed up a new recruit Mr Richard Graham, having just taken part in the abseil together (yes we are clearly that romantic) we are now going to hop on our bikes and ride to Bournemouth (seriously who said romance is dead). 

The new cancer treatment centre has been designed to improve patient experience. It will offer a holistic approach to cancer care by co-location of treatments and support in a safe and human environment.Chemotherapy treatment is already given in Basingstoke and Winchester, but patients have to travel to Southampton or Guildford for radiotherapy. This can mean a journey everyday for up to six weeks when patients are feeling unwell and vulnerable.
