I am taking part in the Bupa Manchester Run on May 26th 2013, in memory of my Dad, it would have been his birthday on this day too so it would mean a great deal to me if you could spare some pennies and sponsor me. I am raising money for LifeBlood The Thrombosis Charity in his memory.
