Story

Well we did the walk last Saturday and it was actually 27 miles exactly from our start point at Foulridge Wharf on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal back to my house in Silsden, West Yorkshire. It was quite a warm day and so was quite tough going at times especially in the less sheltered parts! Little Maisy, Les's dog did incredibly well and did the whole walk plus all the extra bits going back and forth chasing ducks etc. a few dunks in the canal also helped keep her cool.

We wanted to do this walk as a personal challenge but most importantly to raise money for sweet little Ruby, she is going through so much at the moment, too much for a 3 year old! We would love to raise as much as possible to help get her to the US for possibly life saving treatment and so value every little bit that you give. Thank you from us all for your support. Anna, Keith, Les and Maisy xx
