I will be running the Sussex Beacon Half Marathon on 21^st February 2010. This run has been going for 20 years and was started by the local running clubs of Brighton & Hove back in 1990. The event is now organised by The Sussex Beacon. The Sussex Beacon is a Brighton based clinical care centre for men and women living with HIV/ Aids, who do an amazing job. The service has been extremely helpful to me with regards to my Doctoral research and I wanted to be able to give something back. What better way than to use my skills??!?! (clearly questionable) in running to do so. So please give generously!!! The money will help the service to continue their work.
