My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Trek route:
Guole Village, Rock City (valley of Yangtze River), Taiziguan (3,500m above sea), Liuqing Village, Fengilan, Lakaixi, Waying Village, Labo Zhuangzi, Yongning Pass (3,600m above sea), Yongning County Town (Zhamei Lamasery), Lugu Lake.
This was my FIRST serious challenge that I took up in order to support the AAF's animal welfare campaing in China and to make a small difference to the quality of life of Moon Bears rescuded from illegal farms in China. This trek was tough and completely worth the effort. If you would like to read about it please see AAF page:

As media and many social networks talk about the plight of moon bears in China and Vietnam, more awareness is raised in the West and more people object to this practice and support Animals Asia Foundation:

I am proud to support this great charity and I would like to say huge thank you to all my sponsors who made this trek possible and whose donations provided bears with all the basic care they need to recover from years of human cruelty and suffering and to lead healthy and happy lives.
My donation page will remain active for another month so if you would like to support AAF, please do so via my page.

Thank you for your support

Animals Asia Foundation
Charity Registration No. 1086903
Animals Asia is working to end the barbaric practice of bear bile farming. Its Moon Bear sanctuaries in China and Vietnam are helping to educate consumers not to buy bear bile. Animals Asia is also working to end the suffering of millions of cats and dogs in the brutal food and fur trades.
