Although this page is primarily for taking part in the London triathlon 2018, as part of an Olympic distance relay team (with my colleagues from my team at work swimming and running while I cycle 40km), this year I am also taking part in the Forest Warrior (10km obstacle mud course), the Devil Mud Run (9km obstacle mud course) and the Cheltenham half marathon, and therefore this encompasses all of these events. 

I first became aware of the work Winston's Wish do when I worked at Endsleigh and now know parents from my daughter's school who work at Winston's Wish. Most of us can only imagine how heartbreaking it would be for a child to lose a parent, brother or sister, and I'm particularly mindful of this now I have 2 children of my own. It is so important for children who are bereaved of a close family member to have the support they need at a time when they are so fragile and when it could leave a lasting impact on the rest of their lives. Please give generously to such a worthwhile cause which could affect anyone and everyone.
