On September 20th, I'll be taking part in my 4th Great North Run for charity.  This year, I have chosen to run for Woodlands Hospice.  Click here  to visit Woodlands' website for more information about the charity and the excellent work it does.

I've been training really hard for this year's half marathon and I am hoping to make it to the end, in a respectable time, raising as much as possible for Woodlands.
