I am doing the 10K on Sunday 10th May to raise money for MASH .

Please sponser :) Running is the hardest thing ever for me, although 10k might not seem like loads to some people, when i first started to train, running 1k on a treadmill was a absoloute struggle.

As most people know, i have volunteered at MASH for around 2 years and it is a organisaton that is close to my heart and i am keen to support in anyway i can, both volunteering and fundraising.
