For my birthday this year, some of my dearest friends entered me into the Swindon 5 mile multi-terrain (not sure what happened to the box of choccies and bottle of Cava?!?), as a boot up the bottom to get me into the running I've been threatening to start over the last few years.

This spring, my lovely Mum-in-Law was diagnosed with cancer and after 2 major operations is half way through her chemo and putting up a remarkable fight and I'm very proud of her.  So I thought I'd raise a bit of cash to help out anyone else who is unfortunate enough to be going through the same thing.
