My story

For 20 years I (Anna) have lived with epilepsy, but in June 2011 I had brain surgery to treat the 10 seizures I was having every month. Since the op I have been seizure free and Scott and I want to raise this money to say 'Thank you' for everything Epilepsy Action does for the 600,000 people in the UK who have epilepsy and the families too.

We're doing a sponsored walk with the Guildford Epilepsy Action branch on Sunday May 20th, which anyone can take part in, and we're also going to have a few other fundraising activities to raise awareness of epilepsy.
Please give generously and if you're a tax payer, don't forget to tick the Gift Aid box. It'll allow the charity to get money back from the taxman!!

Epilepsy Action exists to improve the lives of everyone affected by epilepsy. As well as campaigning to improve epilepsy services we offer assistance in a number of different ways. These include a national network of branches, epilepsy awareness volunteers and freephone and email helplines.
