Solent Swim · 3 October 2015

Every two hours someone in the UK is paralysed by a spinal cord injury. It can happen to anyone at any time and no one is prepared for how it will change their life. Aspire is a national charity that provides practical help, supporting spinal cord injured people from injury to independence.

Story

Thank you for taking the time of visiting my JustGiving page,

On Saturday 3rd October I am going to attempt to swim 2.5 miles across the Solent, from Gosport to the Isle of Wight. I have been doing some training down in Lyme Regis which has been extremely tough yet exciting. I was thrilled to be picked for the team and we are hoping to raise £500 each for a charity called Aspire who help people with back injuries. Aspire is a great charity who let people who had a back injury walk again and get back to normal life so please, please sponsor me.

Thank you very much,  Annabelle x
