Over a couple of glasses of wine over Christmas, Sally, Helen and Annali (Flea) plotted their New Years Resolutions together: Raise money for a charity, complete a challenge, get fit.  So Blenheim Palace Triathlon was decided on and Leukaemia & Lymphoma was the chosen charity.  6 months later, following early morning starts for pre-work swims, dislocated knee caps & still not feeling fit enough, they might be learning to regret that fateful night. 

Joking aside, this charity (Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research) is the only UK charity dedicated to finding better treatments and cures for all blood cancers, including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma & needs our support to continue their work.  Please, please, PLEASE give a couple of your golden nuggets to our fund raising page.
