In the last week in May, Anne is hoping to complete the West Highland Way (solo), a long distance footpath from Glasgow to Fort William.  Anne hopes to take approximately 5 days to complete the distance of 95 miles, 50% of which is over mountainous terrain.

Anne will be raising money for the Sheffield Childrens Hospital Charity where in November 2009 her Grandson Robbie underwent major surgery.  Robbie who has cerebal palsy, needed corrective surgery to his right leg and may need further surgery in the future.
