My story

To my wonderfull friends and Harlequin customers. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in January of this year.Had the operation,done the radiotherapy and consider myself very lucky as prognosis is good.I have decided I'm not giving giving cancer house room, but I am going to join the battle to raise funds to support others who haven't been as lucky as myself.I have an Event page called Pendleside Hospice Midnight SLOW Walk-With Anne and friends or Anne's page and I'm going to do a midnight walk in 1 week with a few lovely friends around me to support me. I'm going to be very boring now and ask for cash. Please forgive me over the next few weeks , this is all about beating this disease and funding the AMAZING Pendleside Hospice . GET YOUR HANDS IN YOUR POCKETS. A quid,A couple... It all means something. It could be your sister, your mother ,your child ,do a little to help and support us

I DID IT! (I did struggle) but coming in last of the five milers meant we got to know the marshalls, who gave me a donation which I clutched with a smile all the way home.Thanks to Mandi ,Hayley,Lorna, Dave. Anne's Page will be open for a short while longer.THANK YOU ALL x
