I am raising money for Crossroads Care East Midlands because when I cared for my husband at home Crossroads stayed with him so that I could go out now and then, when he went into residential care Crossroads gave me a job and have been very supportive.
I am paying for my own trip so every penny you donate will go to Crossroads.

- DAY 1: Depart London for Kathmandu
- DAY 2: Arrive Kathmandu, transfer to hotel
- DAY 3: Scenic flight to Pokhara, half-day trek through terraced fields and villages
- DAY 4: Uphill trek to Tara Top through alpine meadows, climbing above tree-line; fabulous views
- DAY 5: Trek through shady rhododendron forest to Parju; afternoon to relax
- DAY 6: Uphill trek to spectacular glacier viewpoint; return via Sikles to Parju
- DAY 7: Steep descent to Lamakhet, passing glaciers of Annapurna II
- DAY 8: Trek to Pokhara Valley; meet vehicles and return to Pokhara
- DAY 9: Short scenic flight to Kathmandu; time to explore temples of city
- DAY 10: Free time until flight departs Kathmandu
- DAY 11: Arrive UK
