Hi everyone,

Well, we did our 5K Liverpool Team Challenge today in aid of Zoe's Place.  It was the first time for all 4 of us taking part in an organised run, and we really enjoyed it.  Lucky with the good weather we started off from the Liver Building by the Mersey, did the circuit and returned there to the finishing line together, for the last few yards linked arm in arm to arrive at the same time of 42 mins 6 secs!
