Tenovus Cancer Charity have helped me several times over the past 10 years of living with breast cancer by helping with applying for grants and benefits and giving advice as to my entitlements. I have also benefitted from a ceramics course they ran which was really therapeutic and good to chat to others affected by cancer.They offer couselling support as well and many different activity groups to help with self-esteem and confidence.

I am challenging myself by entering the Natural Beauty of Tenovus Beauty Pageant which is searching for an ambassador to help promote,give talks and raise awareness of the help and support Tenovus give to people and their families affected by cancer. I'm particularly delighted to hear the success of the Tenovus Sing For Life Choir and the creating many more in Wales.
