On the 27th of April 2013 I am taking part in a sponsored run organised by my school to raise money for ABF The Soldiers' Charity. I am running 4km, which is 10 metres for every soldier killed in action in Afghanistan since 2001. I am running in the memory of Marine Damian Davies who was killed on the 12th December 2008 by a blast in Helmand province caused by a suspected suicide bomber aged thirteen.
