<p>The No Surrender Charitable Trust was set up by my friend Jason Boas in 2007 who at 33 was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. After 13 months of treatment he sadly passed away aged 34 leaving behind this amazing fellowship in his name which, in partnership with University College Hospital London, researches into cures for pancreatic cancer and is the only fellowship in the world to do so.<br /><br />Climbing Kilimanjaro is not easy. Rising 19,340 feet above sea level Kilimanjaro is the tallest mountain in Africa and the world&rsquo;s highest free-standing mountain. In October 2011 I am taking part in a climb that involves walking between 8-16 hours a day for 7 days in temperatures that near the summit will be as low as -20.<br /><br />For 8 years in Marbella I slept with an electric blanket, even in summer. Anyone that knows me will understand how mammoth a task this is going to be for me.<br /><br />Anything you can give will be truly and greatly appreciated.
