Safe@Last was founded by Annies mum, Hilary Massarella in 2000 to work with children under 16 years old who are at risk of running away. Over the past 13 years the charity has helped thousands of young children to stay safe from harm rather than face the danger of being on the streets. They depend on money raised at events like this to keep this valuable work going which is why we are putting all our efforts into training for the half marathon.
