Okay, not a triathlon this time but back to a marathon - something I last did 18 years ago! So what has inspired me to submit my ageing body to hours and hours and miles and miles of training I hear you ask? Hopefully my marathon training will be put me in good stead for the new triathlon season starting in May - a 5k run will seem like a warm-up jog by then I hope!
