On 2nd of September 2019 I will be heading to Tanzania to climb the worlds tallest free standing mountain at 5,895m in aid of the charity "Mind". Mind helps hundreds of thousands of people annually with mental health in the UK and Wales through their phone call service, therapy, crisis care, counselling, workplace training, and raising awareness through campaigns that has even created new legislation. 

1/4 men in the UK suffer from a mental health condition and the greatest cause of death in UK men aged under 35 is suicide. Donating to mind can combat this and improve the mental health of thousands all over the UK. Approximately 72% of all money raised goes directly to charitable work!
