I can't believe I'm doing this again, my feet have just about recovered from last years run. I said never again, but my conscience (and wife Rachel) persuaded me otherwise !
Last you all helped me raise £660, which was absolutely amazing, so big pat on the back to all who sponsored.
I'm running (feebly) I'm in this years BUPA Great Manchester Run in aid of Christies Charity, one of Europes leading cancer research centres.
I'm going to be running in memory of my Mum, who lost her year long
battle with cancer. She spent time at Christies and couldn't
speak highly enough of her treatment there and how wonderful the staff
were. Also the race is a couple of days before what would
have been my Mum's 69th Birthday, and seeing as I can't get away with giving her yearly box of Milk Tray I'm doing this instead!
So dig deep into your pockets and give as little or as much
as you can afford, and help me out with this worth while cause, and
it'll give you all a nice warm feeling in your belly (or heart).
