Story
Christopher Anthony Beckles
14/05/1963 - 25/02/2013
The Beckles/Henry family would like to invite you to pay your respects and join them:
On Tuesday the 12th ...March 2013 the funeral of our beloved Christopher Beckles will take place.
The service will be held at the North Chapel of the City of London Cemetery Aldersbrook Rd, London, Greater London E12 5DQ at 10.45am followed by the cremation.
You are then invited to remember and celebrate his life at the Exmouth Estate Social Club, 7 Brayford Square E1 0SG from 12pm onwards.
There are parking restrictions around the area of the Hall and we can only offer tickets to close family or those with disabilities. Car Sharing is an option but there are good transport links to and from the venue.
On the Morning of the funeral the Hearse will leave from Desmond’s home of Flat 8 Barleycorn way London E14 8DE at 10am prompt. If you would like to leave flowers please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to do so.
Although we love flowers, sometimes it’s sad to see them left on the floor after a funeral so we ask if you will consider donating money to this charity. Chris'slate brother Wes was passionate about sports. He and Chris used to battle it out on the badminton court back in the day, not to mention the family fun day cricket tournaments. Chris always supported his family when he was able to do so and we ask in his name may you support his brother Wes and our family’s chosen charity by considering donating to the Sportsman’s Charity.
The Sportsman's Charity, which has distributed nearly £2.5m since 1983, raises money through events for projects involving disabled sport, youth and social inclusion.
We would like to say thank you for all the support you have given and hope you can attend in Mr.B’s farewell.
On our behalf, please send this message on to friends and family members; we may have missed during this time of grievance.
Thank you
Beckles & Henry Family.
