<p>Anthony Poyser and Allan Hunt will be leading a 98 mile cycle ride to raise much needed funds for over 25,000 blind and partially sighted people in Derby and Derbyshire.<br><br>On October 31st Anthony and Allan will cycle 98 miles from Pride Park in Derby to Skegness in memory of Anthony’s late father who died last year. Anthony's father was blind in one eye following a head<br>injury and received support from Sight Support Derbyshire for many years. Sight Support Derbyshire were able to support Anthony’s father with an in home befriending service and providing constant<br>support and expertise.<br><br>"I am absolutely determined to raise as much money as I can to support the thousands of blind people in Derby and Derbyshire like my dad was. I want to do this for him and for everyone who has lost their sight as I understand how difficult it can be. Sight Support Derbyshire were there for my father when he needed them and now I want to do my bit to support them”<br><br>RobinToal from Sight Support Derbyshire says ‘Sight Support Derbyshire thank Anthony and Allan for the challenge they are undertaking.
